Terms & Conditions
A Registration form must be completed, signed and dated by the participant attending classes, or parent/guardian for all students (under age 18). It can be obtained at the reception counter.
Fees
· Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque*, Credit card (Master/Visa) & Nets.
· Cheque payment must be crossed & made payable to: Ascendas Land(s) Pte Ltd (Fitness Network)
· Not transferable and non-refundable
· Each term is 2 months comprises of 8 sessions. Prices are subject to GST.
· Any sign-up in the middle of a term will be on pro-rate basis: (number of the sessions till term end date). Adult programs - $20. Kids programs - $18
· All fees must be settled before the first class.
· An annual, non-refundable registration fee of $15 per student is due at time of registration.
· Fees are not refundable on account of student’s absence from classes. No concession of fees for period of overseas vacations.
· Bounced/returned cheques will incur an administration charge and you will be asked to settle the bill by cash.
Class Schedule
· Class time-table for each term will be determined by the instructor which reserves the right to combine, transfer or dissolve a class anytime as necessary.
Trial/ Ad Hoc class
· We do offer trial/ ad hoc/ single class at $25 per class. However places cannot be guaranteed for walk-up students. All fees are payable at the start of the class.
· When booking/attending a trial class, we require your name, your child’s name and your contact telephone number.
Missed/cancelled classes
· Should a class be cancelled by the instructor, students will be referred to an alternative class, or rescheduled to another day, or given additional time during existing class till the lost time has been compensated.
· No refunds of fees for classes missed on the part of students.
Termination of classes
· Students wishing to discontinue classes are required to give written notice to the instructor half a term in advance, failing which half a term fees must be paid in lieu of such notice. (By email is fine)
Others
· Students must notify the instructor of any change in address or telephone numbers, failing which we will not be help responsible for any inconvenience that may arise.
· Neither the instructor nor his/hers’ company will be liable for any injury sustained due to an unknown medical condition, accidental reasons or improper execution of instructions on the part of a student. However every care will be taken to ensure the well-being of students.
